A devoted mother of four, turned her personal wellness journey into a mission to empower other moms in health, faith, and fitness. As a NASM-certified nutrition coach, she helps mothers reclaim their well-being—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Through Fit As A Mother, Jenny offers faith-centered fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching. Recognizing that a strong, healthy mom is the heart of a thriving family. Her message is clear: self-care isn’t selfish—it’s a way to honor the body and spirit God has given us. Fit As A Mother is more than fitness; it’s a movement of faith, resilience, and transformation.
